Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Please make sure to check the size chart before selecting your size to help ensure the best fit.
We accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:
Damaged Item - If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we’ll arrange a return or replacement.
Wrong Item - If you received an item different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right by sending the correct product.
Defective item - If the product has a manufacturing defect, we’ll be happy to replace or refund it.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Email at contact@loremandipsum.in to initiate a return/exchange request. We will provide you with return instructions and shipping details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request according to your choice:
- Exchange: If the replacement item is available, we’ll ship it to you.
- Refund: We will issue a refund back to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days and may take up to 10–12 business days to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
We’re happy to help with cancellations if the request is made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders begin processing, and once they’re shipped, we can no longer cancel them.
